BCA 17 Entry Description Discussion

I'm entering category 17-1: Best Recreation Scene with a photo I entered back in BCA3-3, a recreation of Jabba the Hutt's throne room from Return of the Jedi, using action figures.

I'm also entering 17-4: Best Artwork Collection. I included a gold limited edition Star Wars - A New Hope trading card, trading cards with artwork from the Clone Wars and Ralph McQarrie concept art, a cantina art on a tin box, and cover art from 3 books from the Star Wars roleplaying game that came out in the late 1980s.

Glad to see you are entering the next round of the BCA. I think from a rule point of view that you will need to submit new photos (ie ones that have not been submitted in previous rounds) for your Jabba scene. Is that correct Darth?

Old photos can be used as long as they have not been prior winners.

I hadn't considered using the Jabba Throne Recreation scene until I read the rules and figured, it'd be a good entry to re-enter, something for other entries to try to beat lol

I entered BCA 17-2 and BCA 17-4.

For 17-2 I have my small Galactic Heros Collection.
The X Wing set was a gift from my kids.
I bought the Skiff set because it went well with my 3 3/4 Skiff Battle pack.
I was on a huge Qui Gon kick for awhile. Sold off most of it but managed to keep the GH around. He has a card too, came from Europe.
The last set are loose ones from my son and a bagged Luke X Wing Pilot from DJ121.

For BCA 17-4 I have all ofmy "artwork".
First pic is an overall shot of them. Various prints I printed, two EP1 art posters and a tribute to the Qui Gon/Eopie mail in from Darth Mater.
The second is some of my favorites. Darth Maters Qui Gon/Eopie mail away inspired art, a sighned Admiral Motti print and some Qui Gon prints.

I have entered the BCA 17-1 - Best Scene Recreation. I have created a diorama for Mos Eisley with the Imperial checkpoint for Luke, Obi-Wan and the droids.

BCA17-2 Galactic Heroes Collection
