Hello members!
For those of us who collect both Vintage and Modern, we all know what a hassle it can be to deal with Hasbro, should something be wrong. Long gone are the days of Kenner customer service. After hearing about so many issues with the Hasbro Amazon Slave 1, and having a good friend battle Hasbro and Amazon for two weeks before hopefully getting a resolution, I think it is time we all join together as a collecting community and take action!
I want as many people as possible to send a copy of the old Kenner "We REALLY Do Care" Letter to Hasbro!
Let's see if enough of us, across multiple websites and forums, can make Hasbro realize they need to take better care of their customers, if they want us to keep paying ever increasing prices for their products!
