Bad e bay sellers

Figured it needed it's own topic.

bmoviefan: I bought an Imperial Gunner from this guy on the 15 of November, still don't have the figure and they have not answered the 2 emails I have sent them. Since e bay has changed their rules, I can not file a complaint until the 28 of this month. They listed first class shipping 7-10 days, how long does it take to ship a loose figure from Florida to Colorado? CRIPES!

I don't know, DF. It really should only take a few days once shipped. The fact that there has been no reply to email would really piss me off too!

I have been waiting for almost a month for a single Chewbacca figure comming from Canada.

We have gone beyond expecting the figure, I have contacted the seller, now just waiting for the refund.

Well, I got the Gunner today. Looked at the post mark and he did not even ship it out untill the 23 rd! I paid on the 15th. Looks good. Insignias are a little bit scratched and the weapon is repro. He was not sure if it was fake or not.

Left him a neutral with the lowest mark on shipping and communication but with a good feedback because the figure is pretty nice for 28 bucks.

randy30 had a dirty picture listed in the vintage star wars toys. i figure it was a mistake. i gave the guy a heads up and someone reported him. he thinks it was me, now he wont quit harassing me through email. yall know id be the first to admit if i did report him. hes a crazy, mean old man. called me every name in the book. i was just trying to give the guy a heads up because he had a perfect rating. whats sad is it was awful porn from the 50's or something. ugly girl with everything pointing south if you know what i mean. it seems like he sells anything he can pick up at a garage sale. so look out for him and dont try to do the guy any favors.

I can't really say these people are BAD sellers, because I have not recieved either item yet. BUT the last two people I have dealt with have been EXTREAMLY slow to ship.

fungi39 I won a carded Wicket figure on Oct 31st. I PAID on Nov. 1st. Seller did not ship untill the 10th!!!!


dreenita I won an item from this seller on Nov. 2nd, payment same day. I just asked when item was shipped, as I paid for priority mail, and should have had the item. Seller shipped it YESTERDAY!!!!

WTF people? I don't care if it takes a couple days to get the item sent, but at least let someone know so they don't think the item got lost.

I did a buy it now for the Death Star Platform I needed on Oct. 28 th and still do not have it. 3 emails and no reply. Opened a paypal dispute.

The reply I got from the seller was that they were "trying to find a proper size box" for the Death Star gun. Hopefully for just a figure they ship a lot faster. I tried looking up the Queen City Riders seller, but found nothing!

I can take fungi39 off the bad list. Figure came in VERY well packed. They put the figure in a clamshell, boxed it, then DOUBLE boxed it! I'm very happy with the condition. I opened a claim with ebay for the item from dreenita. We will see where this goes.

I had to "esculate" my claim against queen-city-riders with PayPal. I can not believe they give these dirt balls so much time to not reply. I filed this about two weeks ago and they have until the 26 th this month to reply. BULLSPIT!
Luckily I saved all communications with queen city. Hope it helps me in the end.

I got one message back from dreenita on the 10th of November. That is when they told me it was shipped on the 9th. I waited almost another week, then messaged them again to ask what method shipping they used. At this time, I have not gotten a reply back for that message. I have to wait untill the 29th of Nov before I can "esculate" my claim.....

I'm still holding hope that it might turn up this weekend. Sometimes parcel post can take a VERY long time.... I can only assume that is how it was shipped, for only 3.00.
If I don't get it by Monday, that is when I can take the next step anyway.

My question is this. Moraly speaking, if I get my refund from the seller, THEN the item arrives, Should I send it back, re send payment to the seller, or just say F them and keep it for the trouble? I know what I WANT to do, but......

I say F them! I always make it a point to make sure my sales are delivered, if either by e mails or DC#.

Looks like queen city is going to finally ship my Death Star platform. Took them until the last day of my claim to reply to me. Said they had to move their family and all items they were selling were packed up too. They could have replied to my first email letting me know what was going on and that they were going ship once moved.

Tme is ticking away for dreenita..... If I do not hear from them by Monday, It's time to move it up to the next level. If they DID ship the item, I can't imagine a box getting lost for this long!

Well now, after the case was esculated to customer support, I get a reply from the seller.

"I have sent another one from my personal deathstar. Let me know when it arrives."

What is the deal with ebay and payal? I finally for the Death Star platform yesterday. What a huge disappointment! One connecting tab is cracked, the clip for the rope swing is busted off and there are several "melt/burn" marks on the surface. Like a hot knife was used on it.
Sent the seller a message lastnight, still waiting for reply. Might have to file another claim to get money back.

Seller replied after second email. Claims that the melt/burn marks are not there and that I only asked if the tabs were connected. They also do not know squat about Vintage Star Wars! They do not know what the rope swing clip is. Dumbass should'nt be selling if they do not know what they are selling.
I replied with a quote from our ebay message and 2 pics of the platform. Have not heard back.

I am in a delema of my own now.... I won the case from ebay, so they refunded my account today. Seller shipped the item, and actually put tracking on it. So, if it arrives, do I risk getting negative feedback and not re send payment for the item? I will wait for the item to arrive, then look it over and message the seller for re payment.

Man I'm getting a real bad vibe with Death Star parts! I think we are going to have to buy one for like a hundred bucks, part is out with what we need then try to sell off the leftover bits!

I feel the same way Derek! Buy a whole one and part it out.

The rules on feedback that sellers can leave has changed this year - you can't leave negative feedback as a seller. Don't worry about a seller leaving a bad note on your file. I only know this after a few timewasting buyers and as the seller I could not leave the feedback I wanted!

The buyer will make an offer on your items, even when the auction states "auction for USA only", and not pay until you open a case for unpaid items. Once the case has been open for 2 to 4 days, they will pay with an echeck.

eBay Seller "Blistersisters" aka "The Frame Shop" from Spain are pretty much the main supplier of all the high quality hard-to-spot fake vintage MOC SW figures on the market today. Their practically invisible remounts are popping up everywhere on eBay. I've reported them dozens of times and they're still up and running.

eBay Seller "brandonsclosetllc" is a major counterfeiter of vintage star wars figures. He appears to be selling "blistersisters" stuff and listing it all as authentic Vintage. I pm'ed him over eBay asked him about it and he admitted in email that they were all remounts. These are more than just remounts. They are total fakes. He says he's selling these fakes so he can "earn" enough to start up his own business. I say it Mail Fraud. He is also on Twitter: @MrBrandon2You

Look at his smug stupid looking face on his Twitter profile. He is a scumbag. Reported him multiple times but he's still there selling his stuff at high prices. No way to warn all these newbie collectors either.
