I am far from completing. As far as 3 3/4 inch goes, I still need Qui Gon in Jedi training gear, Epic Force, Holographic and the ATOC 4 pack.

Every time I search ebay, I find another oddball. Today I saw a pizza box, last week I was outbid on a wind up Qui Gon.

Wow I didn't know there was that much more stuff out there. Why would there be a 4 pack of ATOC figures with a Qui-Gon, seeing how he was only in TPM?

If I come across anything else I see, I'll ask you about it and if you need it we can work something out.

When I first started my focus, I was only after loose and carded figures. While spending many hours on e bay, I found that Qui Gon's image was on more than figures. There are coloring books, journals, book marks, pens, markers, pop cans, ect, it's insane!
Hope to someday have my own room for my toys and get all the Qui Gon together.

Qui Gon was released on a blue card, the original Saga collection. It was also know as the Attack of the Clones because there was so much overkill for The Phantom Menace that Hasbro did not want to repeat it with ATOC. Ever notice that ATOC really did not have it's own card release like the other 5 movies? Very small amount was carded as such. So, Qui Gon was in the four pack with Zam and 2 others. That is what I have found out about that wave/collection so far.

Ah yes I remember that. There were only a couple waves that actually said Attack of the Clones on them, then they moved right into the "Saga" cards.

Wouldn't you know, I get the Qui Gon/Commtech 2 pack today and it is severly damaged! Looks like the box was kicked in. I do not hold the seller liable. Insurnace was not offered and I did not request it.
I am very dissapointed, fricken post office strikes again I guess.

Shitty, DF! More then once I have been screwed by the post office! It seems like every Hasbro mail away comes in crushed. Even though it is not the sellers fault, I would at least mention it to him or her. I did that once, and even thought it was not insured, they offered a refund. I declined, but they thanked me for telling them so they could pack better in the future.

I did let thye seller know, just waiting for a reply.

I like them a lot, and am actually wearing the OT pair as I write this!

Tomorrow, after I get out of work planning on picking up the Snowspeeder. I want the Target box, but don't know how long before it comes out!

I also contacted the Post Office, I might hear some thing in 2 to 3 days.
The seller did say if they had another, they would sent it me and to let them know if there is any thing they can do to help. I don't expect the seller to do any thing, they did their part.

I didn't get this TODAY, but I finally took a pic of the patch set I got from Celebration. The set is done by five different organizations. Ohio Star Wars Collector's Club, Pennsylvania SW Collecting Society, Washington D.C. Area Collecting Club, Star Wars Grand Florida Alliance and the Kentucky SW Collector's Club.

You had to find all five parts to complete the image. Florida was giving them away at the booth. Pennsylvania had you play a mini golf hole to get thier patch. Washington was giving them out, but I bought a charity pin so I got one for doing that.

The really FUN part was Kentucky and Ohio were all out on the convention floor! Members were wearing T-Shirts with their respective club. You had to find them, and ask them for the patch. We hit up the booths first, getting the first three sections. Then it was off to find the floor walkers!

Up first was Ohio, wearing bright red shirts. Patch number 4, Done! Kentucky was a little harder, and we were told their patch would be the hardest to get. A couple rows over, we saw a white shirt with the Blue KSWCC logo! We went up to him, but he only had ONE patch left! We needed two! He said he was completely out. He didn't even think he could get any more. Josh got all five, I was bumming because I only had four. A little while later, I saw the same guy waiting in a line. Josh went up to ask him if he managed to find another one. He was still out, BUT one of his other members was right in front of him in line. He didn't have the club shirt on, so I had no idea. The guy said hang on, I think I have ONE left! He reached into his bag, and pulled one out! AWESOME!!! We both got a complete set, and here is the set all put together. I'm going to mount and frame it!



I have been seeing these sell on ebay for a lot of money. Yes, I could sell it, but I won't. We went to Cleebration to have fun, and to come back with some really cool memories. This little patch set was a great way to do both. Every time I see it I will remember the "hunt" to complete the set!

Really wanted to hold out for the vintage style box, but Target had the Snowspeeder on sale for $20.00 today.

OH HASBRO, how you delight AND dissappoint at the same time!

Maybe I am just being to critical here. They give you a really cool speeder, with a super detailed cockpit, and even room for Lukes grappling gun! They give you a choice of "Big and Bulky" weapons that fire, or vintage style weapons for the classic look. I'm a classic look guy, and there lies my dissappointment with the toy. While set up for classic, it looks GREAT. I was looking forward to putting the harpoon on, but unless you use the Big firing gun, it will not fit anywhere!

There is a small hole in the speeder to clip the harpoon onto. All Well and good. They even give you a special compartment under the tail of the speeder to put the excess cable! Really cool feature. I was just going to clip the harpoon on, and stow it under the belly, but of course the damn harpoon has to be too long to fit in the compartment! I see a few options.

1. Use the big rocket fire gun

2. Leave a hole in the ship, and set it up for the Classic look

3. Untie the harpoon from its factory set up and use the clip to fill the hole.

4. Contact customer service, tell them I want another harpoon and cut it a little shorter so it fits in the compartment.

Here are some pics. Don't let me talk any of you out of getting it. I'm glad I did, and I'm sure it will look GREAT once I put Luke and Dak in the cockpit! I do reccommend getting one. I'm just a little to anal when it comes to making the newer toys look vintage!

Some of the new wave of CW showed up at a local TRU so grabbed the GG.

These new figures and ships look REALLY good. Didn't realise the speeder was out yet in the states or that you could modify it to look vintage and at $20 - that is a great price.

No chance of it coming here yet!. With Grievous - it looks like he has alternative heads in that photo - is that the case?

Yes Jim,they are interchangeable.

What is the difference in the heads?

One there is 'damage' visible as per "Lair of Grevious" episode of CW and the other no damage.

Oh - OK - I assumed it was a repack of an earlier figure like they have done with the Legends line. Thanks for clearing that up.

Picked up new Legends Luke in Snowspeeder gear today. Was pleased as that wave of Legacy figures hadn't reached us earlier in the year. Anyone know where the Legends Han in Hoth gear originates from?

I picked up an awesome Chewbacca t shirt from Target for 5 bucks. Will post pic soon.

Also got a vintage Ben with saber from DJ along with some awesome extras.

TRU here in Australia have the RF Vintage Fett available "for free" via purchasing $75 of SW toys.
