Did you here Dan's idea about making it come in separate sections and you would collect them all to build the Death Star? That would be off the freakin' hook! It would also give people time to save up to buy each part if they released them every couple of months. Especially kids.

I have to say that I would totally make room for that and be all over it.

Man I would LOVE that! It would be much easier on the wallet. I would rather pay for a small set here and there, with the final product being a HUGE fully assembled death Star!

Yes that would be beautiful. It would be cool if it had a base that it sits in to hold the ball. Even if they did four pieces like orange slices, that would be awesome. And each outer wall of it should open on hinges like the AT-AT sides or just come off totally to play inside it for kids. Man that would be the ultimate toy. The Death Star playset was always the best. Something like this...





Then for collectors, they should make some kind of hook on top to hang it from the ceiling. That would rock! Oh now I'm just playing with my own emotions! It probably won't happen. But if anyone wants it to it's Derryl at Hasbro. He's a huge collector so maybe one day he'll push it when the movies come back out. I'd love to see his collection.

Passing through walmart, I saw the ARC130 ship is on clearance for $20 (US)!

I also saw at one out of the 4 targets I checked today, the new two packs. Clone and a droid and clone and a geonosian. Those were going for $15 (US).

That one is a bit far for us to get to. I would have to drive for a day just to get there. It's not worth it to burn two days driving. But if I ever want to go vintage shopping I'll know where to go!

WOW did I see a LOT of stuff tonight!

FINALLY saw wave 4 Vintage figures. They actually look REALLY good! Only problem was where I saw them. They were at a local comic shop for 11.99 each.

Went to my local TRU and saw the Ultimate Clone Wars battle pack, with the new Slave 1. They had two or three sets there, but are charging 100.00 for it.

They were re stocked on the AT AT, but this time in the blue box. They still want 109.99 for it too!

Also finally saw the Battle over Endor packs. You can get a regualr battle pack for 24.99. These ones, of course being TRU exclusives are 31.99!!!

Saw and bought the NEW Clone Wars Ashoka Tano and Anakin figures tonight as well.

Saw and bought the Vintage Luke Jedi on the FIRST Jabba's Palace cardback. The only figure I will be buying at that comic shop for 11.99. BUT I know it is the more rare cardback now, so figured it was worth it!

Saw the cardbacks for the Wave 7 Vintage Collection today. Like the look of the Rebel Trooper.

Pretty sure it is for real. Saw these in the Toy Fair slide show.

In that case then it is great! I wasn't sure if it was a joke since they posted it on April 1st. Especially after the forcecast did their April Fools joke about the holiday special coming out on blu-ray this year.

Has anyone seen any El-Les figures at the stores?

I was out yesterday and saw a few new things.

Target's new vintage 3 packs have hit. They are on the shelves as opposed to being on the endcaps.

At Walmart I saw the newest wave of clonewars figures.

Man was a excited today! Made the stop at a local walmart. I noticed they did the toy re set a couple days before, and that they only had a handful of Vintage figures left.

I went back to that store today, and OH MY! There were at least two cases of fresh Vintage! I was finally able to pick up the rest of wave 4 that I wanted, and got the figures from wave 6 I wanted too!! I have to admit that the price at checkout was a bit hard to swallow, but at least it saved me from putting WAY more on my credit card to buy cases from EE. Thank goodness today was payday!



It will take me a little while, but look for reviews and pics coming soon!

What did I see today? Nothing new! Went to one of the local Target stores, and swung by TRU. All both stores had were damn ROTS Clones! Target had litterally 15 of that figure, 3 Cloud Car Pilots and I think a 4-LOM.

TRU was an absolute waste of time! 12 ROTS Clones, 12 501st Legends, a handful of Clone Wars figure, and EMPTY SHELVES and PEGS everywhere. TRU as a whole may be doign well, as some shmuck on Rebelscum says, but maybe my local store is slated to close..... They only had the service desk running register, and maybe 4 other people working in the whole store. I also still don't understand WHY when there is a Babies R Us store a maybe a mile away, they take space from the TRU to put a "mini" Babies R Us inside?!?

I stopped by a Target last night, saw a couple of the vintage wave 7 figures on the shelf. The repack Jango and Barriss Offee. Already have Jango and decided to pass on Barriss.

Went to TRU on Tuesday, nothing new. Sad. They had some R5D4s and award ceremony Han Solos. Already have the droid, and really, not interested in the Han Solo.

A couple of Walmart's I visited last night, nothing in the way of vintage. One of them did get a restock of the last clone wars wave, so more cmd colts and riot clone troopers.

I also checked hasbrotoyshop.com They have cases of wave 7 vintage in stock again (pre-order though). They're going for 95, after shipping to CA it was 112. So if you'd rather not deal with the hassle of hunting down the rebel fleet trooper and logray, I'd recommend going to hasbro. It works out to about 9.33 per figure. Thatt comes up cheaper than retail here in CA.

I saw that the ROTJ line should be arriving in the UK in early September. That means that we will hopefully get the repack with Wedge and recarded Luke.

I am looking for where I can pre-order figures at a reasonable price. If I am successful I will let you know and can ship missed figures out to the States.
